Ronak Savla, PharmD, PhD, MBA brings a deep investor‑informed operating perspective to his work with biotech CEOs. He has spent his career at the intersection of science, capital, and execution, helping leadership teams understand what institutional investors look for during diligence and how to build companies that earn conviction.

Ronak most recently served as Senior Director of Strategic Ventures at Catalent Pharma Solutions. There, he managed the company’s strategic limited partner relationships and worked closely with leading life sciences venture capital firms, biotech incubators, universities, and other organizations that support early-stage biotech companies. In this role, he led multiple internal initiatives aimed at enhancing Catalent’s competitiveness to support early-stage biotech companies. Ronak enjoyed sharing insights from his investor network to support biotech CEOs across stages to align pipeline strategy, development plans, and capital strategy with investor expectations. 

Earlier in his career, Ronak held senior roles in medical affairs and new product planning at a clinical‑stage biotechnology company. He supported a commercial launch for a rare leukemia drug and worked on product planning for multiple clinical stage assets. He advises early‑stage biotech founders, actively invests as a health tech angel, and serves as a scientific grant reviewer for multiple organizations.
