David H. Crean, Ph.D., MBA is Co-Founder of CEO360 and Managing Partner of Cardiff Advisory LLC, a boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm serving life sciences and healthcare companies.

 

With more than 30 years of buy-and sell-side experience spanning biopharmaceutical corporate development, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital, Dr. Crean has advised on hundreds of transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia, and has personally mentored more than 250 CEOs in navigating growth strategies, capital formation, and successful exits.

 

His career includes 12 years at Allergan (now AbbVie), leadership of a healthcare-focused investment banking practice where he completed 10 M&A transactions exceeding $500 million in enterprise value, and fractional C-suite roles for numerous privately held and public companies.
